Breakfast/After School Club and Activity Clubs

At Renhold Primary School we are lucky to be able to offer a rich and varied selection of after school clubs and activities. We are open from 8.00 am to 6.00pm.

We offer a high quality Breakfast and After School Club for children that attend our school and Pre-School.  We work on a 1:8 ratio; therefore require that all children are pre-booked into our clubs.

To secure a place for your child, please login into the Arbor Parent Portal to book the sessions required. Please let us know if you have difficulty logging in or have any queries. Further help on the portal can be found on the Parent Portal and Apps for Parents page.

Please note that you will need to top up your account before sessions can be booked online.  If you pay by a government childcare voucher scheme however, you will be able to book your sessions but please ensure that prompt payment is then made by transferring your voucher payment to us.  We will then top up your account from your voucher payments to clear the balance.

Once booked, breakfast and after school club sessions are not transferable and cancellations can only be made with a week's notice in writing to office@renhold.beds.sch.uk

Bookings can be made up to an hour before the session is due to start, however after this time, any emergency ad-hoc bookings can be requested by contacting the school office; although we cannot guarantee that there will be places available at short notice.  Please note that sufficient credit must be available on your Arbor account for us to make the booking manually. 

There is a one-off £25 registration fee that enables your child to register with all of our extended services clubs including breakfast and after school club and extra-curricular clubs.  Please complete the registration form below.

Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club starts at 8.00 am.  Children can arrive at 8.00am and have breakfast with us, and take part in a variety of activities which are supervised until it is time to line up on the playground at 8.50am.  Alternatively they can just come into school at 8.30am and join in activities during that time. 

After School Club  

Any child can join in After School Club, which provides a range of activities suitable for all age groups.  This is open from 3.30 pm till 6.00 pm.  Again, pre-booking and payment is essential so that we can be sure to maintain our staff-pupil ratios.

We have use of the school hall, the playgrounds and the field at the back of the school.

We offer a snack which is based on our schools healthy eating policy. We encourage and embrace constructive comments from parents/carers and will endeavour to improve our service wherever we can.

Current Charges

Breakfast Club:

8.00 am - 9.00 am     £4.25 (breakfast is offered between 8.00 and 8.30am)

8.30 am - 9.00 am     £2.20

After School Club:

£4.25 per hour, or part thereof (for 3:30pm - 4:30pm & 4:30pm - 5:30pm sessions)

£2.20 for 5:30pm - 6:00pm session 

Activity Clubs

We offer a variety of after-school clubs which are run by external providers - subject to change termly.  Please logon to the Arbor Parent Portal or App to book a place and to make payment or transfer government childcare vouchers for the term.

Please note that payment is due for the term and no refunds can be given.

Bookings close 48 hours before the club is due to commence.  If you would like to book after the online bookings have closed, please contact office@renhold.beds.sch.uk

* Musical Theatre club is run by Christina Marks School of Performing Arts and needs to be booked directly with them via Christina Marks School of Performing Arts
